When the weekend comes around I like to make something a little special yet healthy, too. Breakfast scrambles are my favorite. They’re simple, satisfying, and delicious! These are all made with egg whites but you can easily use whole eggs if desired. All can be served with sliced tomatoes, toast, and such.
