
Coffee and chocolate…What a wonderful combo! This dreamy drink has been very popular at Starbucks for years. My skinny remake is so de-licious! Plus, it will save you calories, time, and money to make at home. Each remake, including whipped cream, has just 78 calories, 0 fat. A perfect afternoon pick me up or dessert!
Ingredients
Ingredients for Frappuccino:
- ⅓ cup double-strength regular or decaf coffee, chilled, see prep tips
- ⅓ cup fat-free milk
- 2 tablespoons Jello instant chocolate pudding (dry pudding mix in a box. You don’t make the pudding)
- 2½ packages Splenda, Stevia, Truvia, Equal or your favorite sugar substitute
- ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1½ cups ice
Ingredients for Topping:
- ¼ cup fat-free whipped cream (I used Redi-whip)
Instructions
- Combine chilled coffee, milk, chocolate pudding dry mix, sugar substitute, vanilla, and ice in a blender. Blend on high speed until ice is crushed and drink is smooth.
- Pour into 1 glass. Top with ¼ cup whipped cream.
- Serve at once with a straw, if desired

Make double-strength regular or decaf coffee by brewing with twice the coffee required by your coffee maker. Use 2 tablespoons of ground coffee per each cup of coffee. Tried this and liked it. Used Godiva chocolate caramel pudding mix. I think I’ll add some extra coffee or instant coffee mix to get a little more coffee flavor next time. I loved the texture. I will definitely make it again and for guests.

How would you make this recipe if you only have a Keurig coffee maker? It sounds delicious!
Susan, all I have is a Keurig and it works great. Mine is a larger one and has 3 settings. I choose the stronger setting. That brews a smaller cup. If you have a single cup Keurig, just add less water than you usually do so the coffee brews stronger. Since you’re only using ⅓ of a cup, you could always add more water to the remaining coffee, reheat in the microwave and enjoy!
