Sometimes you want dinner on the table quickly with very little prep and you want it healthy and tasty, right? If I’m speaking to you, give this yummy recipe a try. It’s especially made easy since using store bought pesto and pizza sauce. I adore this combination of sauces and they work really well here. Prep Time: 10 minutes
Bake Time 20 minutes
Ingredients
1 package chicken breast tenders (you’ll need 8 tenders)
1 cup jarred pizza sauce (I used Classico pizza sauce or use your favorite)
½ cup Buitoni Reduced-Fat Pesto with Basil, see shopping tips or make homemade pesto
4 teaspoons Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Spread bottom of a 9 x 9 inch baking pan with ½ cup pizza sauce. Add chicken tenders on top. It’s ok if they are touching. Spread top of each chicken tender with 1 tablespoon pizza sauce. Add 1 tablespoon pesto sauce to each. Using the back of a spoon or your fingers, spread pesto sauce around the top. Cover pan with foil. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Check after 15 minutes since chicken tenders vary in thickness. When ready, remove from oven. Sprinkle each tender with ½ teaspoon Parmesan cheese.
3. To serve: From bottom of pan, add 2-3 tablespoons of sauce to each dinner plate. Top with 2 chicken tenders and serve. Serve extra sauce on side or top of chicken, if desired. The sauce is really good!
Makes 4 servings. Each serving 2 chicken tenders.

Am I doing something wrong or is it not possible to see comments that others have posted.
Pat, When I changed my site format a few years ago, I lost all of the past comments. So frustrating but was never able to recover them.
My best,
