Panera Fuji Apple Chicken Salad Made Skinny

Panera Fuji Apple Chicken Salad Made Skinny
I love this main course salad at Panera. My skinny version has so many of the same ingredients as their salad but I’ve used a few skinny substitutes. It’s lower in fat and calories with fat-free feta cheese instead of Gorgonzola and it’s tossed in a store-bought reduced-fat dressing. In addition to the apple chips, I added freshly chopped apples. Each main course salad has 299 calories, 8 grams of fat. It comes together very quickly and tastes amazing!

  1. Had this tonight for dinner and it was so delicious and filling! This is my favorite thing to get from Panera which I rarely go because of the points. Being able to have it at home with these WW points is such a treat. Thanks so much for another wonderful recipe you never disappoint on points or flavor.
