34 Calorie Mocha Shake (5 Ingredients, 1 SmartPoints)

Coffee and chocolate blended until yumminess! It tastes so refreshing and truly hits the spot when you don’t want to indulge in a high calorie laden iced blended coffee drink. In addition, it’s super low in sugar, carbs, fat-free and gluten-free. Each serving has only 34 calories, 0 fat and just 1 Weight Watchers SmartPoints. Have fun skinny sipping!

Prep Time: 5 minutes


Ingredients

⅔ cup regular or decaf coffee, brewed strong and chilled, see prep tips

1 (0.29 oz) packet Swiss Miss Swiss Miss Sensible Sweets Light or Diet Hot Cocoa Mix, see shopping tips

½-1 package sugar free sweetener such as Truvia, Stevia, Splenda or Equal, to taste

1 cup ice

2 tablespoons fat free whipped cream (in a can) or cool whip free

Dash of cinnamon (optional)


Instructions

1. In a blender, add chilled coffee, hot chocolate mix, sweetener and ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass. Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on top, if desired. Serve immediately.

Makes 1 serving (1¾ cups)


Prep Tips
I made the coffee in my Keurig coffee machine. I set it for an 8 ounce cup. It makes a much stronger cup. Or brew your coffee extra strong. Regular of decaf works great. I like to make mine with hazelnut or vanilla coffee.

To chill the coffee quickly, place brewed coffee in the freezer. It will take about 15 minutes.


Shopping Tips
Swiss Miss Light or Diet Hot Cocoa Mixes are sold in a box that includes 8 pkgs. Each package has only 25 calories. Most larger supermarkets sell it in the hot cocoa aisle.
