Prep Tips
I made the coffee in my Keurig coffee machine. I set it for an 8 ounce cup. It makes a much stronger cup. Or brew your coffee extra strong. Regular of decaf works great. I like to make mine with hazelnut or vanilla coffee.
To chill the coffee quickly, place brewed coffee in the freezer. It will take about 15 minutes.

  • cup regular or decaf coffee, brewed strong and chilled, see prep tips
  • 1 (0.29 oz.) packet Swiss Miss Swiss Miss Sensible Sweets Light or Diet Hot Cocoa Mix, see shopping tips
  • ½-1 package sugar free sweetener such as Truvia, Stevia, Splenda or Equal, to taste
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 tablespoons fat free whipped cream (in a can) or cool whip free
  • Dash of cinnamon (optional)


  • In a blender, add chilled coffee, hot chocolate mix, sweetener and ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass. Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on top, if desired. Serve immediately.
