
This dip is a new twist on a favorite pairing of lox and cream cheese. If you like this combo, you’ll surely love this. The fresh dill is a must! Each tablespoon has 39 calories and 3 grams of fat.
Ingredients
- ½ cup Best Skinny Ranch or store-bought light ranch dressing
- 1 (8 oz.) package reduced-fat cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 4 oz. smoked salmon, finely chopped
- 1 ½ tablespoon fresh chives, minced
- 1 ½ tablespoons fresh dill, minced
- ½ teaspoon white pepper or ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Mini bagel halves, bagel chips, or crackers
Instructions
- Prepare Best Skinny Ranch and refrigerate at least 1 hour to thicken.
- In a food processor, mini chop or electric mixer, blend together cream cheese, ¼ cup Best Skinny Ranch and lemon juice.
- In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese mixture, remaining ¼ cup Ranch Dressing, salmon, chives, dill, and pepper.
- Pour dip into a serving bowl. Serve with bagel chips, toasted mini bagel halves, or crackers.

I am going to make this recipe. My salmon shows 4 ounces is 21 grams of protein, so 8 ounces would only be 42 grams of protein. For 6 servings that would only be 7 grams of protein per serving.
I actually created this recipe over 9 years ago and haven’t shared it since. I just updated the Skinny Facts and WW points. I even changed the ranch dressing to my newer Best Skinny Ranch dressing, which has less calories and such. Here are the facts:
