Skinny Oreo Cookies and Cream Milkshake

Get out the blender…Why bother to dunk your Oreo cookies in cold milk?  Here the cookies are, in a sense, “pre-dunked.” Each dreamy sip provides a flavorful proportion of Oreo cookie and vanilla flavors and the shake gets extra body from the ground-up cookies.  It’s skinny by using 1% reduced-fat milk, reduced-fat Oreo cookies, and a little sugar substitute.  One serving has 137 calories, 3 grams of fat, and 5 Blue WW Freestyle SmartPoints, and 5 Green.  I hope you’ll give mine a whirl…Here’s to guilt-free skinny sipping!
