Mini Hummus Bites

Easy peasy and delightfully delicious! These little delectable treats make a really great appetizer or fun snack. I always have a package of these fillo shells on hand in my freezer. Each hummus bite has just 28 calories, 1 gram of fat and only 1 Blue WW Freestyle SmartPoints and 1 Green.

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Bake Time 5 minutes


1 package Athens mini fillo dough shells (frozen) or other brand’s available

½ cup store bought hummus (I used Trader joe’s roasted garlic)

½ cup diced English cucumber, unpeeled

½ cup tomates, diced and drained

¼ cup fat-free feta cheese, crumbled


1. Preheat oven to 350. Place shells on baking sheet and bake in oven for 5 minutes.

2. To assemble each appetizer: Fill each shell with 1 teaspoon hummus on the bottom. Top each with a little cucumber and tomato. Finally sprinkle ½ teaspoon feta cheese on top.

3. These can be made earlier in the day and stored on counter top or refrigerator.
