Low Calorie Parmesan Ranch Dressing

Fantastically skinny, this dressing is bursting with flavor. Each skinny tablespoon has just 19 calories, 1 gram of fat and 1 Blue WW Freestyle SmartPoints, and 1 GreenIt’s hard to believe it’s this low in calories and fat but it is! So versatile, it’s delicious on salads, drizzled over steamed vegetables, mashed into a baked potato, or as a dip for veggies and chips. 

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Chill Time: 1 hour


Ingredients

1 cup Best Skinny Ranch Dressing

⅓ cup + 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated, see shopping tips below

1 tablespoon apple or white wine vinegar

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

Black pepper, to taste


Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, using a whisk, mix together all ingredients.

2. Pour into an airtight container and store in refrigerate for at least 1 hour, before using.

3. Parmesan Ranch will keep in fridge for at least 1 week. 

Makes 1¼ cups
