Healthy Benefits
Strawberries are an excellent source of vitamin C and provide some potassium, fiber, and iron. Using frozen is just as healthful as using fresh. Berries for frozen packaging are picked at the peak of ripeness and start their way through the freezing process 20 minutes from harvest. They use a quick-freezing method to retain the nutrients.
Storage Tip
Frozen berries will keep in the freezer for about 6 months.
