Thin Mint Skinny Shake


If you’re craving Thin Mint Girl Scout cookies or mint chocolate chip ice cream, give this dreamy good shake a try. It’s so low in calories, fat, and SmartPoints yet big on taste! Each large shake has just 58 calories, 2 grams of fat and 2 Blue WW Freestyle SmartPoints, and 2 Green.

Prep Time: 5 minutes


Ingredients

⅔ cup unsweetened vanilla almond coconut milk or unsweetened almond milk or fat-free milk, see shopping tips below

1 (0.29 oz) packet Swiss Miss Sensible Sweets Light or Diet Hot Cocoa Mix, see shopping tips

1 package sugar-free sweetener such as Truvia, Stevia, Splenda, or Equal, to taste

⅛-¼ teaspoon peppermint extract, to taste

¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup ice cubes


Instructions

1. In a blender, add almond milk, cocoa mix, sweetener, peppermint extract, vanilla extract and ice cubes. Blend on high until smooth. Pour into a glass. Serve immediately.

Makes 1 serving (1¾ cups)


Shopping Tips
Swiss Miss Sensible Sweets Light or Diet Hot Cocoa Mixes are sold in a box that includes 8 pkg. Each package has only 25 calories. Most larger supermarkets sell it in the hot cocoa aisle.

Blue Diamond Almond Breeze (unsweetened vanilla almond coconut blend) can be found in the refrigerated section where other milk is displayed.
