Skinny Tip of the Day

Regular peanut butter over reduced-fat peanut butter? Reduced-fat peanut might seem like an easy way to save a few calories, but the manufacturer most likely took out much of the fat in the peanuts and used a soy protein and corn-syrup solids. That means you’re trading healthy fat for double the carbs. All you’re really saving is a mere 19 calories. I’d much rather choose an all natural, unsalted, chunky peanut butter…How about you?
