Skinny Greek-Style Hummus Dip

I tested this healthy, skinny dip on my girlfriends the other night. It received rave reviews and they all asked for the recipe! It’s easy peasy to make since you start with a container of your favorite store-bought hummus. Each serving has 55 calories and 3 grams of fat. It’s so colorful and fresh tasting. I have a feeling it’s going to become your “go-to” dip!

Shopping Tips
I used Trader Joe’s Roasted Garlic Hummus. It’s fantastic and comes in an 7 ounce container. Not a fan of roasted garlic, choose your favorite. Most supermarkets sell a nice variety of prepared hummus dips. If you can’t find an 7 ounce container, use 1 cup of your favorite hummus.
Fat-free feta cheese is sold in most supermarkets and Trader Joe’s.
