Skinny Frozen Mocha Cream Pie
The consistency of this dreamy, “no-bake” dessert is quite unusual. It’s a thick, slightly gooey, frozen treat. It’s not quite solid like ice cream, yet substantially heavier than whipped cream. I’ve made it skinnier by using reduced-fat Oreo cookie crumbs for both the crust and topping. The velvety filling is made with all reduced-fat and fat-free ingredients. One slice contains 278 calories and 7 grams of fat. It’s pure mocha bliss!!!
