Skinny Caesar Salad Dressing
This classic dressing is getting a skinny makeover! Instead of a ton of oil and/or mayo, the base is my skinny ranch dressing. It’s very easy to make and the results are amazingly delicious! Each tablespoon has only 17 calories and 1 gram of fat.

Skinny Caesar Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 cup Skinny Ranch Dressing or your favorite store bought light ranch dressing
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon dry mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste, optional
- 2 dashes tabasco sauce, optional
Instructions
- Prepare the skinny ranch dressing. Once made, add 1 cup to a small bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Using a whisk, mix together until smooth. Store in refrigerator at least 1 hour to thicken, before using.
- This dressing will keep in the refrigerator at least 1 week.
