This classic dressing is getting a skinny makeover! Instead of a ton of oil and/or mayo, the base is my skinny ranch dressing. It’s very easy to make and the results are amazingly delicious! Each tablespoon has only 17 calories and 1 gram of fat.

In addition to this being an outstanding salad dressing for Caesar Salad or any mixed green salad, it makes a wonderful sauce to drizzle over roasted asparagus or steamed broccoli. Or use it as a sandwich spread for chicken, roast beef or turkey.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup  Skinny Ranch Dressing  or your favorite store bought light ranch dressing
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon dry mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste, optional
  • 2 dashes tabasco sauce, optional

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the skinny ranch dressing. Once made, add 1 cup to a small bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Using a whisk, mix together until smooth. Store in refrigerator at least 1 hour to thicken, before using.
  • This dressing will keep in the refrigerator at least 1 week.
