This classic dressing is getting a skinny makeover! Instead of a ton of oil and/or mayo, the base is my skinny ranch dressing. It’s very easy to make and the results are amazingly delicious! Each tablespoon has only 17 calories, 1 gram of fat and 1 Blue WW Freestyle SmartPoints, and 1 Green.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Chill Time: 1 hour
1 cup Skinny Ranch Dressing or your favorite store bought light ranch dressing
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon fresh garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoon dry mustard powder
1 teaspoon anchovy paste, optional
2 dashes tabasco sauce, optional
1. Prepare the skinny ranch dressing. Once made, add 1 cup to a small bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Using a whisk, mix together until smooth. Store in refrigerator at least 1 hour to thicken, before using.
2. This dressing will keep in the refrigerator at least 1 week.
