Happy Taco Day!
Today, October 4th is National Taco Day. People love tacos and there are countless variations you can create using chicken, beef, fish, beans, cheese and eggs. I thought it might be fun to celebrate so I’m sharing 1 classic, 1 breakfast taco and my favorite fish tacos.
