Shopping Tips
I used my favorite K-cup for this recipe. It’s Donut Shop Vanilla Cream Puff.
Use your favorite unsweetened, non-dairy milk such as almond, coconut, or cashew milk. I love Blue Diamond Almond Breeze-unsweetened vanilla almond coconut. I bought mine at Target and Vons/Safeway in the refrigerator milk section.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (8 oz) vanilla, hazelnut, or regular brewed coffee or decaf
  • ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • Dash of cinnamon

Instructions

  • Brew coffee strong. I used my Keurig machine and set it for an 8-ounce size cup. You can also brew in a regular coffee machine.
  • Add almond milk and maple syrup to a separate coffee cup. Mix to combine. Heat in microwave for 45 seconds. Transfer to a blender and process on high for 15-20 seconds. If you don’t have a blender, add almond milk and maple syrup to a small saucepan. Whisk continuously with a wire whisk until foamy.
  • Pour hot brewed coffee into a large mug. Pour blended milk on top. Add a dash of cinnamon.
  • Drink immediately. Enjoy!
