Veggies and a Skinny Salsa Ranch Dip

I’ve taken my homemade skinny ranch dressing, added some medium hot salsa to create a fabulous, zippy, ranch dip.  It’s delicious served with a variety of veggies.  The skinny for 2 tablespoons is 35 calories, 2.5 grams of fat and 2 Weight Watchers POINTS PLUS.  A full-fat recipe for the same 2 tablespoons has 96 calories and 9.4g fat! Prep Time: 15 minutes (the ranch dressing needs at least one hour to thicken)


Ingredients

1 cup Nancy’s Skinny Ranch Dressing

½ cup Pace Chunky Salsa, medium-hot (or your favorite)

Assorted vegetables


Instructions

1. Prepare Nancy’s Skinny Ranch Dressing and refrigerate at least 1 hour to thicken.

2. In a bowl add 1 cup of ranch dressing and mix in ½ cup of salsa.

3. Place in a serving bowl and surround with assorted fresh vegetables.

Makes 1½ cups


Prep Tip

You can make this dip in advance and store in the refrigerator.  It will last for at least 1 week.


Serving Tip

This dip makes a great topper for baked potatoes, a dip for baked chips or a spicy ranch salad dressing.
