This is the first time I’ve tried them and they taste great in this recipe. Each serving has 322 calories, 8 grams of fat and 6 Blue WW Freestyle SmartPoints, and 6 Green. ½ pound ground turkey breast (99% fat-free)
1 cup onions, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, from a jar, see shopping tips
1 teaspoon garlic cloves, minced
⅓ cup reduced-sodium chicken broth or water
¼ cup reduced-sodium soy sauce (Tamari for gluten-free)
¼ cup rice vinegar

1. Cook rice noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water. Set aside. Note: Brown rice noodles take about 15 minutes to cook.
2. In the meantime, in a large bowl combine cabbage, carrots and celery. Set aside.

Continue to stir-fry until completely combined and hot.
4. Divide among 4 bowls. Top each bowl with chopped scallions, if desired.
Makes 4 servings. Each serving, 2 cups.
Ground turkey breast, 99% fat-free, can be found in most supermarkets. It’s made completely from the turkey breast, unlike other ground turkey which is a blend of white and dark meat.
Brown rice noodles or rice noodles are gluten-free and can be found in most supermarkets in the pasta aisle. I found brown rice noodles at Vons/Safeway. Whole Foods sells them too. If your not gluten-free, you can use your favorite pasta such as whole-grain spaghetti. Note: Brown rice noodles take about 15 minutes to cook.
Ginger, in a jar, can be found in the produce section where garlic, in a jar, is sold.
