In addition, the crunchy cabbages, chopped apple, walnuts, and dried cranberries are all tossed in a dreamy homemade honey mustard dressing. It’s chock full of great-for-you ingredients. Ingredients
Slaw Ingredients:
- 3 cups shredded purple cabbage
- 3 cups shredded green cabbage
- 2 cups (about 1 large) chopped red apples such as Honeycrisp, Gala, or Fuji or your favorite
- ⅓ cup dried cranberries
- ⅓ cup chopped walnuts
Honey Mustard Dressing Ingredients:
- ½ cup Best Skinny Ranch Dressing or light mayonnaise
- 4 teaspoons honey
- 1½ teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add all slaw ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- In a small bowl whisk together all dressing ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Toss slaw with dressing just before serving.
