Skinny Greek-Style Chicken Spinach Salad

Skinny Greek-Style Chicken Spinach Salad

I love a big salad for dinner! Not only is this salad colorful and packed with flavor, it’s loaded with very healthy ingredients. First off spinach, a real super food! In addition a variety of chopped veggies and lean chicken all tossed with a bottled light dressing. I added a few ingredients to the dressing to create a more Greek-style dressing.
