Skinny Apple Cider Blended Drink (Dairy-free, Gluten-free)


The perfect fall sipper! Each sip will remind you of the flavors in an apple pie. So delectable each 16 ounce serving has just 101 calories, 1 gram of fat, and 5 Blue WW Freestyle SmartPoints, and 5 Green.

Prep Time: 5 minutes (not including chilling the apple cider )


Ingredients

1 pouch Alpine Spiced Apple Cider, see shopping tips

⅔ cup hot water

½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or unsweetened vanilla coconut milk

1 cup ice

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Dash of cinnamon


Instructions

1. Add apple cider mix to a mug. Pour ½ cup hot water and mix to dissolve. Chill in freezer for 15 minutes. Be sure to set your timer so you don’t forget about it.

2. In a blender, add chilled cider and all remaining ingredients. Blend on high until all the ice is thoroughly crushed and the drink is smooth. Pour into a glass or travel cup. Sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon, if desired. Add a straw and enjoy!

Makes 1 serving, 2 cups (16 oz)

Alpine Spiced Apple Cider pouches are sold in a box of 10. Most supermarkets sell it along with Target.
