So versatile, it’s delicious on salads, drizzled over steamed vegetables, mashed into a baked potato, or as a dip for veggies and chips.
- 1 cup Best Skinny Ranch Dressing
- ⅓ cup + 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated, see shopping tips below
- 1 tablespoon apple or white wine vinegar
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Black pepper, to taste
In a medium bowl, using a whisk, mix together all ingredients.
Pour into an airtight container and store in refrigerate for at least 1 hour, before using.
Parmesan Ranch will keep in fridge for at least 1 week.
