McCafé Strawberry Shake Made Skinny

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Breyers fat-free creamy vanilla ice cream or nonfat frozen yogurt, see shopping tips
  • 3 tablespoons nonfat milk
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries or frozen, sliced (if using frozen strawberries, you’ll not need to add ice)
  • ¾ cup ice cubes
  • ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • packages Stevia, Splenda or your favorite sugar substitute

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender (if using frozen strawberries, you’ll not need to add ice) Mix on high until completely blended.  You might need to turn off the blender a few times to stir and then blend again.  It also helps to shake the blender a few times, while blending.
