Veggies and a Skinny Salsa Ranch Dip
I’ve taken my homemade skinny ranch dressing, added some medium hot salsa to create a fabulous, zippy, ranch dip.  It’s delicious served with a variety of veggies. Each 2 tablespoons serving has 35 calories and 3 grams of fat. Happy munching!

Thicken Time for Ranch: 1 hour
Total Time 1 hour 15 minutes

Instructions

  • Prepare the Skinny Ranch Dressing and refrigerate at least 1 hour to thicken.
  • In a bowl add 1 cup of ranch dressing and mix in ½ cup of salsa.
  • Place in a serving bowl and surround with assorted fresh vegetables.

Notes

Makes 1½ cups

Prep Tip

You can make this dip in advance and store in the refrigerator.  It will last for at least 1 week.

Serving Tip

This dip makes a great topper for baked potatoes, a dip for baked chips or a spicy ranch salad dressing.
