Have you checked out Skinny Kitchen Weight Loss Meal Plan App? I first introduced it in January and so many of you have had great success with it. It’s a wonderful, easy way to stay on track with healthy eating! I’ve taken my Skinny Kitchen recipes and put them into daily meal plans. Every day you’ll get 3 meals plus a snack. The app includes a handy grocery list plus a way to swap out any meals you don’t feel like having.

Cooking for one or two? No problem, Skinny Kitchenâs Meal Plan can easily work for you. Most of the recipes for breakfast and dinner casseroles, chicken dishes, meatloaf, stir-fryâs, soups and such, freeze great! Forgot Lean Cuisine or Weight Watchers frozen meals. Stock your freezer with these satisfying, skinny meals. Happily, you can swap out any daily recipe for one from your freezer. Preparing meals in advance and freezing portions for later means you donât have to cook every night to have a delicious and nutritious meal on the table. Itâs easy to do. Make a freezer friendly recipe and divide into single servings. Pack in plastic containers and store in the freezer. Be sure to label each with the name of the recipe. Mosts will keep in the freezer 2-3 months.
