Light and Healthy Asian Style Dinner

If you’re looking for a flavorful, light dinner to make this week, try this paring of Chinese chicken soup and chicken lettuce wraps.  I’ve shared the lettuce wraps before as an appetizer.  Everyone loves them!  Why wait for company when you’re family can enjoy them for a weeknight dinner.  The best news-each wrap has only 62 calories, 2 grams of fat and 2 Weight Watchers POINTS PLUS.  Two to three wraps served with a cup of delectable soup and everyone we’ll be very satisfied.  Top the meal off with a fresh fruit salad.  Yum!
