
Enough of all the really heavy, fattening foods. It’s time to eat healthy! This duo of hearty turkey chili and cornbread casserole tastes really decadent but aren’t high in fat and calories. Serve them on New Years Day or all during game season. Add this simple, crunchy salad and you’re good to go. Both the chili and cornbread casserole can be made a few days in advance and freeze wonderfully. Place in individual serving containers, freeze and later pack for lunch or defrost for a quick dinner.
