Popeye was right! Spinach does wonders for your body. Besides having potential cancer fighting powers, it’s packed with magnesium and carotenoid antioxidants that protect blood vessels. Spinach is rich in iron, vitamins A, C and beta-carotene. One cup of fresh spinach has only 7 calories and 0 fat. To get your fill, toss spinach into salads, scrambled eggs, soups and pastas. I love, love, love spinach in any form. But just a word of caution. Eating a lot of spinach can increase the possibility of kidney stones, esp. if you are prone to them. Do read this interesting article. As it is said, “Moderation” every in balance is our best choice. Thanks for the great recipes. N cucinananette.blogspot.com

These all look like really delicious recipes. I have started doing more and more with spinich. We even add it to our side salads for the added nutrients.
