Skinny Smoked Salmon Dip

This dip is a new twist on a favorite pairing, lox and cream cheese.  If you like this combo, you’ll surely love this.  The fresh dill is a must!  The skinny for 1 tablespoon, 39 calories, 3 grams fat and 1 Weight Watchers POINTS PLUS.

Prep Time: 10 minutes


Ingredients

½ cup Nancy’s Skinny Ranch Dressing or store bought light ranch dressing

1 (8 oz) package reduced-fat cream cheese

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

4 ounces smoked salmon, finely chopped

1 ½ tablespoons fresh chives, minced

1 ½ tablespoons fresh dill, minced

½ teaspoon white pepper or ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Mini bagel halves, bagel chips or crackers


Instructions

1. Prepare Nancy’s Skinny Ranch Dressing and refrigerate at least 1 hour to thicken.

2. In a food processor, mini chop or electric mixer, blend together cream cheese, ¼ cup Nancy’s Skinny Ranch and lemon juice.

3. In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese mixture, remaining ¼ cup Ranch Dressing, salmon, chives, dill and pepper.

4. Pour dip into a serving bowl.  Serve with bagel chips, toasted mini bagel halves, or crackers.

Makes 1 ⅔ cups
