This super delicious duo of turkey chili and cornbread casserole tastes really decadent but not high in fat and calories. You’ll love this meal to enjoy all weekend long. Perfect to serve all football season long, too! Add a simple and delectable salad and you’re good to go. Both the chili and casserole can be made a few days in advance and both freeze wonderfully. Place in individual serving containers, freeze and later pack for lunch or defrost for a quick dinner. End this meal with my recipe for Skinny Dark Chocolate Brownie Bites, Yum!
