Skinny Oreo Cookies and Cream Milkshake
Get out the blender…Why bother to dunk your Oreo cookies in cold milk? Here the cookies are, in a sense, “pre-dunked.” Each dreamy sip provides a flavorful proportion of Oreo cookie and vanilla flavors and the shake gets extra body from the ground-up cookies. It’s skinny by using 1% reduced-fat milk, reduced-fat Oreo cookies and a little sugar substitute. One serving has 137 calories, 3 grams of fat, and 4 Weight Watchers POINTS PLUS. I’m comparing my skinny shake to Baskin-Robbins Oreo Cookies and Cream Shake and theirs has an astounding 990 calories and 46 grams of fat!!! I hope you’ll give mine a whirl…Here’s to guilt-free skinny sipping!
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
1 cup reduced-fat (1%) milk or ½ cup fat-free and ½ cup reduced-fat 2%
2½ reduced-fat Oreo cookies, see shopping tip
1 tablespoon instant vanilla pudding (dry mix)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 package Splenda, Stevia or Equal
1½ cups ice cubes
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until smooth. Add a few more ice cubes if the shake isn’t thick enough.
2. Serve at once.
Makes 2 servings, (1 cup each)
Food Fact
Since Oreo cookies debuted in 1912, over 362 billion have been sold, making them the best-selling cookie in the United States.

Hello would you mind letting me know which hosting company you’re working with? I’ve loaded your
blog in 3 different browsers and I must say this blog loads a lot
quicker then most. Can you recommend a good web hosting provider at a fair price?
Kudos, I appreciate it!

When I put this recipe into the WW calculator, it came out at 5 Points Plus, not 3. The milk is 2 points, and the cookies are 3. Do you know how you got 3 points instead?

Alison, thanks so much for contacting me. I re-calculated my recipe and you’re right, I did make a mistake! The calculations are based on using 2 1/2 reduced-fat cookies and 1 cup of 1% milk. When I re-did the points base on these ingredients and the others in the recipe and serving 2, it’s still 4 Weight Watchers points plus, not 5. Thanks so much again for letting me know…I hope this helps!
Here’s the new skinny facts and points. I did change them on my recipe.
