My home version is chock-full of vitamins and fiber thanks to the frozen blueberries, strawberries, banana and juices. I’ve cut down on the amount of yogurt and sorbet and added some frozen strawberries to make this smoothie a even healthier. With all the frozen fruit, no ice is needed. ⅓ cup apple juice
⅓ cup V8 V-Fusion Light Strawberry Banana, see shopping tip
½ medium frozen banana, prep tip
⅓ cup frozen blueberries
¼ cup frozen strawberries
2 tablespoons fat-free frozen vanilla yogurt, see shopping tip
2 tablespoons frozen raspberry sorbet, see shopping tip
1. In a blender, add all ingredients and blend on high speed until smooth. If necessary, stir a bit to loosen ingredients and blend again until smooth.

Buy fat-free vanilla yogurt at your local yogurt shop.
Raspberry sorbet is sold in most supermarkets in the ice cream aisle. You can also use raspberry sherbet, if desired.
To freeze a banana, first remove the peel, slice in half and wrap in plastic wrap. Frozen bananas will keep in the freezer for several months. Great to add to any smoothie.
