So versatile, it’s delicious on salads, drizzled over steamed vegetables, mashed into a baked potato or as a dip for veggies and chips.

⅓ cup + 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated, see shopping tip below
1 tablespoon apple or white wine vinegar
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
Black pepper, to taste
1. In a medium bowl, using a whisk, mix together all ingredients.
2. Pour into an airtight container and store in refrigerate for at least 1 hour, before using.
3. Parmesan Ranch will keep in fridge for at least 1 week.
