The 4th of July is such an easy holiday to celebrate. It’s all about the food, right? The recipes should be quick and easy, since you don’t want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen! Most of us will barbecue hamburgers, hot dogs or some kind of chicken or steak. And, no star-spangled feast would be complete without a fabulous tasting dessert. Celebrate America’s birthday by ending with one of my really decadent yet skinny desserts. Have a fun and safe holiday!
