It’s warming, nostalgic and even medicinal! It’s Chicken Soup…Just hear the name, chicken soup and it makes you feel good. Now that we are right in the middle of winter, it’s also cold and flu season. There’s been many studies on the health benefits of chicken soup. Although studies have shown it’s not a cure for the common cold, it does help alleviate some of the uncomfortable symptoms that come with it.
Why not make a big pot of delicious chicken soup this week? I’m sharing several of my favorites from a classic recipe to 2 Chinese chicken soups. You don’t have to be sick to enjoy a nice, hot, pipping bowl….After all, it’s good for your soul!
Share and Enjoy
